Our range of cooking thermometers are calibrated to allow the immersion of the lower part of the unit to accurately measure the temperature of liquids.

Available with either stainless steel or plastic sleeve. 

The -10 to 120 thermometer is most useful in cooking applications, while the -50 to 50 thermometer is designed for fridge/freezer use.

These thermometers do not contain mercury.
