Small, compact and reliable, DOLLY is the ideal machine for small production of extruded pasta.  It is capable of producing long pasta and with the aide of an electric cutter, short pasta with adjustable lengths. 

All components that come into contact with the dough are made in stainless steel.

Supplied with 4 standard brass dies (excl. sheet). Various dies available upon request.
