The Simplex T3 cutter fits the front of the Imperia Restaurant R220, manual or motorised, and cuts rolled sheets into 4mm flat Trenette. A mid-width ribbon, traditional with pesto.

Each cutter is a single shape, so most kitchens build a set to cover the menu.
